To help you succeed, our new Graduate programme offers structured support, training and mentoring with experienced clinicians and managers.
At TBI Health we have 3 main services we provide across NZ. This would offer you experience across a diverse range of services:
- Clinic
- Well at Work/Vocational Rehabilitation
- Hospital and Community
We have at times supported some of our new graduates’ work in a rotational position to help them gain exposure across all three services before deciding which service they want to permanently belong to. We offer options to help you see which service might spark your interest and where you might like your career to head in the future.
You will be able to connect and work closely with several of our clinical team members and gain a wealth of experience and knowledge.
At TBI Health we work collaboratively with an Multi Disciplinarily Team (MDT) approach which can include Orthopaedic Surgeons, Dietitians, Vocational Consultants, Exercise consultant, Neurologist, Pain Specialist, Neuropsychologist, Pharmacists, Social Workers, and Speech Language Therapists.
