Job Description

About the Mahi (Role)

Our Well at Work Canterbury service has an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to join the team.

You will work exclusively under Vocational Rehabilitation contracts, so motivation and experience, or interest in Occupational Health and Vocational Rehabilitation are essential.

TBI Health partners with multiple funders nationwide, offering a wide range of workplace services. You will primarily work under the ACC Return to Work service and with private organisations.

This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week) with flexible hours and the freedom to manage your own schedule.

Administration and reporting can be completed at our TBI Health clinic in Central Christchurch.

You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from the Regional Service Manager. You will be a key member of both the local team and the wider national Well at Work network.

If you want to join a company that truly lives its values and cares for its people and clients, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Vocational Canterbury Team
Join a skilled and experienced team of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists who bring a wealth of knowledge to their work.

Our team culture is friendly, fun, and collaborative — we enjoy regular catch-ups, lunches, and social events that make work feel like more than just a job.

Many team members have grown their careers here, taking on extended scope roles such as Clinical Advisor and Hauora Connect Kaiārahi. Be part of a team that’s proud of its achievements in equity and is committed to strengthening cultural capability through partnerships with Māori health providers and local iwi.

Our Christchurch clinic is located on the edge of the CBD, with great parking, easy access to cafes, a spacious clinic, a top-quality gym, and yes — a coffee machine!
