About the Mahi (Role)
Join our welcoming and growing Rotorua team as a full-time Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist. We’re continuing to expand and are seeking a dedicated clinician to help us provide high-quality, client-centered rehabilitation services across the Bay of Plenty region, which includes our new site in Taupo.
You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, including a senior occupational therapist, an experienced occupational physiotherapist, and physiotherapists working across clinic, hospital, and community settings. Your work will support clients at various stages of their rehabilitation journey — from early intervention through to return-to-work and beyond.

The role offers flexibility in work location — including clinics in Rotorua and Taupo, client workplaces, homes, and the option to work remotely for administrative tasks.
The role will include:
Completing workplace assessments for return to work following illness or injury.
Providing patient education, training, treatment, and rehabilitation in a variety of community and workplace settings.
Liaise with external partners such as specialists, GP's, and employers to ensure smooth rehabilitation for the client
A varied caseload of ACC contracts, early intervention and private vocational services.
Providing in-home assessments to identify injured clients' needs and options to address these needs
Providing in-home intervention/rehabilitation for injured clients

Desired Skills and Experience
About You
We’re looking for Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist who brings a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience and 1 year of vocational experience with ACC contracts.
Experience or post-graduate qualifications in occupational health, vocational rehab, or concussion management are an advantage — but not essential. We will support the right candidate to develop these skills through structured training and development opportunities.
Substantial orientation, training, and support will be provided.

Very good organisational and communication skills

Current full clean driver’s license
Bachelor’s degree or above qualifications
