About the Mahi
Are you organised, people-focused, and ready to be the welcoming face of our Rotorua clinic?
We are looking for an enthusiastic Clinic Administrator for a fixed-term, maternity leave coverrole that will commence in March 2026 with an expected end date of 26th February 2027.
You will be based at the Rotorua clinic, supporting the Rotorua clinical team and providing administrative assistance to the Taupo team. You will work closely with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists, while staying connected with our nationwide administration team.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist clients in person and over the phone
Support clinicians with diary and schedule management
Process payments, manage invoicing, and administer ACC, insurer, and third-party contracts
Purchase and manage clinic supplies
This fixed-term role is ideally 28 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for the right candidate and potential to expand hours as the clinics grow.

About You
Two years of administration experience is desirable but not essential. Knowledge of Gensolve would be an advantage. The ideal candidate will be someone who has a great attitude and can provide excellent customer service.
To succeed in this role, you will have:

Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally
Strong computer proficiency and accurate data entry
