About the Mahi (Role)
We’re looking for a Physiotherapist to join our Gisborne team at TBI Health. We welcome applicants of all experience levels—from new graduates to experienced physios. Choose part-time or full-time hours (20–40 per week), with flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
Reporting to the Clinic Manager, you’ll work across both our Vocational Rehabilitation and Hospital & Community teams, supporting clients throughout Gisborne and Te Tairāwhiti.
This is a diverse, rewarding role covering:
ACC contracts: Integrated Care Pathway, Vocational Rehab, Pain Management, Training for Independence, Assessments
Workplace health: Early Intervention services with nationwide organisations (e.g., Countdown, Downer, DOC, MSD)
Private and insured clients using a collaborative, holistic approach

Desired Skills and Experience
About You
You will be a qualified Physiotherapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality, client-centred care. We welcome applications from physiotherapists of all experience levels.
Experience in vocational or community rehabilitation, or a post-graduate qualification, is an advantage but not essential.
You will bring:
A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to clinical excellence

A current NZ practising certificate
