About the mahi (role)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team in Hastings, Hawke’s Bay.
This full-time role (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week) involving clinic-based work. The position is ideal for someone with a mix of MSK, pain and concussion experience. Full training and mentoring will be provided to help you grow in all areas.
In this role, you will:
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy
- Assess and treat clients with a variety of MSK, pain, concussion, and acute injuries.
- Collaborate with funders, employers, and your MDT colleagues
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case notes
- Contribute to team meetings and weekly CPD/in-service sessions
- Gain experience across a range of ACC contracts, including ICP, Pain, Concussion, Med Fees, and Training for Independence.

About You
This is a clinical role, so you will need a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, along with a current practising certificate and indemnity insurance to work in Aotearoa, New Zealand.
You will have a minimum of four years’ clinical experience in New Zealand. Experience with ACC and other funded contracts is an advantage but not essential, as full orientation and ongoing training.
