Leadership Opportunity – North Shore Clinic
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician to step into a leadership role at our North Shore clinic in Auckland. This role is offering a unique chance to grow your career within our organisation.
This part-time Clinic Manager position focuses on overseeing clinic operations, driving business growth, and supporting the people needs of the North Shore team. You’ll lead a team of 3 Physiotherapists, 1 Hand Therapist, and 2 Receptionists.
It’s an excellent development opportunity for someone looking to strengthen their leadership skills and build their management profile within TBI Health.
You’ll work closely with the Upper North Island Regional Manager, and full-time clinicians may split this role with their current clinical duties. Your week will include a combination of clinical work and dedicated management time, with flexibility based on operational needs.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering a high-quality service across the North Shore clinic
Supporting the performance, well-being, and development of the clinical team
Promoting a positive and collaborative team culture
Working with the National management team to implement strategic initiatives
Driving business development in the region
Liaising with referrers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
Monitoring, reporting, and responding to clinic performance metrics
Managing the daily operations and financial management of the clinic

Are You Ready to Step Up?
We are looking for an experienced clinician with a minimum of 4 years clinical experience and a sound understanding of ACC contracts to take on a leadership role within our team.
Key qualifications and skills:
Great communication skills and strong decision-making abilities
Ability to network with key people and subcontractors to grow and develop services
Understanding of the financial aspects of running a private practice and managing a team
Knowledge and appreciation of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
Previous team management experience is advantageous but not essential
We are seeking someone with strong leadership qualities: organised, solution-focused, respectful, and able to inspire and support their team.
