About the Mahi (Role)
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Physiotherapist who’s passionate about clinic-based rehabilitation and patient care. Whether you're just starting your career or are a seasoned professional, this role offers the chance to grow and develop in a supportive environment.
Based at our modern new clinic in Remuera, you'll work alongside top orthopaedic specialists, with the opportunity to extend your expertise to one of our satellite sites.
This is your chance to take the reins of a developing clinic and work both independently and collaboratively as part of a highly experienced multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, a hand therapist, a psychologist, and visiting specialists.
As a full-time, clinic-based Physiotherapist, your role will be diverse and varied. You'll manage a wide range of caseloads, including ACC contracts, acute medical fees, early intervention, and private clients. Your key tasks will include:
Conducting assessments and providing treatment for a variety of conditions across different contracts.
Ensuring clinical reports and referrer letters meet required standards within contract timeframes.
Effectively liaising with consultants, GPs, case managers, and other allied health professionals.
Collaborating within the team to provide comprehensive, client-centred care.

About You
We’re looking for a full-time Physiotherapist with a passion for clinical excellence and building meaningful relationships with clients. You’ll be comfortable working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team. While experience is an advantage, we provide substantial orientation, training, and support, so we welcome applicants from all experience levels.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
Excellent clinical, organisational, and communication skills
Experience and a passion for clinic-based rehabilitation.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Current NZ practising certificate, professional membership, and full driver’s licence
Flexibility to work across Remuera and Auckland Central sites
Strong decision-making and networking skills, with an understanding of ACC contracts
A commitment to clinical excellence, ongoing development, and upholding Te Tiriti o Waitangi
Bachelor’s degree or above qualification
