Job Description
About the Mahi (Role)
We are seeking an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our Lower Hutt team, replacing a valued clinician who is moving on from the role. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established multidisciplinary rehabilitation service committed to delivering high-quality, client-centred care.
Based in our centrally located clinic, you'll enjoy easy parking and be just a short walk from Queensgate Shopping Centre, with plenty of cafés and amenities nearby. You'll work alongside an experienced team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and Hand Therapists in a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing and professional support are part of everyday practice.
You'll manage a varied caseload across a range of ACC-funded rehabilitation services, with opportunities to work within programmes such as Pain Management, Integrated Care Pathway (ICP) and Training for Independence (TFI), depending on your experience and service needs.
This is a full-time role (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday), where you'll assess and treat clients, develop rehabilitation plans, work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues, liaise with ACC and other stakeholders, and support clients to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Whether you're a recent graduate looking to build your clinical skills or an experienced Physiotherapist seeking a varied caseload, you'll receive the support, mentoring and development opportunities to thrive.
