You’ll have the support of an experienced Regional Manager while developing your leadership capability and making a meaningful impact across our services.
About the Clinics
You will be working across two great clinic environments in Dunedin and Invercargill.
Our Dunedin team has recently moved into a brand-new clinic space in North Dunedin, providing a modern and welcoming environment for our team and clients. We also have a dedicated space nearby where our administration and Hybrid teams can work collaboratively.
Our Invercargill clinic is centrally located near Queen’s Park, with local cafés and amenities close by.
Both clinics have established, supportive teams and provide an exciting opportunity for a leader to build on their strengths and help shape their continued growth.
What One of Our Clinic Managers Says
“I am privileged to hold my role as Clinic Manager at TBI Health. The support I receive from the regional and service managers, administration, human resources, and head office teams allows me to guide my kaimahi (staff) to provide high-quality and innovative mahi (work).
TBI Health encompasses values of whanaungatanga and kotahitanga. These motivate me to continue to create a positive team culture, which ultimately transfers into an integrated rehabilitation service for our kiritaki (clients).”
— Amanda, Clinic Manager / Physiotherapist
